Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide online chemistry lessons: your name, email address, country code, mobile number, selected board and class, booking details, preferred times, submitted questions, UPI transaction reference and session history. Google Sign-In supplies basic account information used to identify your profile.
How we use it
We use this information to create and manage bookings, verify payments, plan sessions, communicate about lessons, provide classroom access, maintain teaching records and resolve payment or service concerns. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and storage
The website uses Google Firebase for authentication and database services. Online sessions may use the classroom platform shown with a confirmed session. These providers process information under their own terms and security practices.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian should supervise or authorise use of the service by a student under 18, including profile creation, payment and submission of contact information.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only for teaching, payment, record-keeping and legal purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to records that must reasonably be retained for completed payments or services.
