The service
Mystery in Chemistry provides live online chemistry teaching. Topic bookings cover the selected topics for their stated durations. Demo classes are 30 minutes. Doubt sessions are exactly 60 minutes and cover as many submitted questions as reasonably possible during that time; remaining questions require another booking.
Accounts and bookings
You must provide accurate profile and booking information. Students under 18 should use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. A booking is not ready for scheduling until its payment has been manually verified.
Payments
Payments are currently made through UPI and verified manually using the submitted transaction reference. The payer is responsible for paying the exact booking amount to the UPI account displayed during checkout. A submitted reference does not by itself confirm payment.
Scheduling
A preferred time is a request, not a reservation. The teacher proposes the actual session time. A student must confirm before 11:59 PM IST on the day before the session; otherwise that session does not enter the teacher’s confirmed calendar and must be planned again. Today is unavailable for new preferences and session planning.
Participation and learning
Students should join on time with a working internet connection and behave respectfully. Teaching is intended to support understanding and preparation, but no particular examination score or academic result is guaranteed.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Rescheduling may be requested through the booking page. Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the commitment to refund the booked value of topics that are not covered.
